·Ameri-Fence of MN is a family owned business backed by over 30 years of experience and it all started in 1988 when Kent and his partner Dwayne started D & K Fence along with their wives. D & K got a standing sub-contracting job with one of the most well-known companies in the business Keller Fence Company in St. Paul, Minnesota. They learned a lot of tricks to the trade from Steve Hoopman while at Keller-St. Paul, and taught many a fencer how to construct a fence the right way.

·In 1994, they decided to go with Steve to Grand Rapids and help build Keller Fence Company -North  and stayed on for several years sub-contracting, formanizing crews and teaching the green horns how to build fences, as well as taking care of their own contracted jobs.

Growing pains came and D & K went onto part ways in 2000 and was dissolved on good terms, each partner going in new directions. 

·Ameri-Fence of MN was born, Kent along with his son Mitch, continued to sub-contract from various well known companies in the industry and contract jobs together.

·In 2012-2014 Kent went to be a Superintendent for a well-known company and get it back on track, once the sails were set he handed the reigns back over to them, and it is still doing well today. In 2014 his old partner called and needed help, so the North Dakota stint in the Williston area it was, until the growth boom slowed to a crawl.                                

·Ameri-Fence has been around the block more than a few times and our superior workmanship speaks for itself.  Presently we are contracting and also one of the "A" team sub-contractors for Mid-West Fence Co., St. Paul, MN doing articulate specialty work state-wide, only trusted to a seasoned do it right the first time guy.

Over the years a lot of friends have been made, everybody in the industry pretty much knows everybody, we are all like family.
